Service examples showed how AI changed customer contacts and response times
The chatbot “Frag Magenta” handled approximately 2.6 million customer service calls in the first half of 2026 alone. In the U.S., the number of customer service calls had dropped by 55 percent. AI agents, software systems for customer contacts, at the time handled 40 percent of customer contacts.
The response time for such events had dropped from several hours to about one minute. Initial use cases showed a 30 percent decrease in complaints.
According to the company, these service figures showed how automation changed daily work in customer service. For investors, they showed where quality effects and efficiency effects could be seen in practice. The figures connected customer experience to the wider use of the technology in operations.
